Weydon School and UCA Enter into a New Partnership Agreement

Weydon School and the University of Creative Arts in Farnham have signed a new Partnership Agreement committing both organisations to enriching the Digital and Creative opportunities for all its students.

This will allow students and staff from Weydon School to book workshops and Presentations from the University’s outstanding team to enhance the opportunities for students at Weydon School. In addition, the University will provide guest lecturers who will encourage and inform students about career routes in the Creative and Digital Industries. The University has already created an Extended Diploma course in Art and Design for post-16 students in Farnham.

Mrs Jackie Sharman, Principal commented; “We are thrilled about this new partnership and what it will mean for both UCA and for Weydon School. We believe it will provide incredible opportunities for both Weydon School and UCA students to develop and grow together.  UCA is world class and the thought of some of our students starting university at 16 is extremely exciting.”
