Weydon School Donates Protective Goggles to Frimley Park Hospital
When Frimley Park Hospital recently sent out a request for help, Weydon School was only too glad to help. During the Coronavirus crisis, the ICU unit at Frimley Park Hospital was in need of some goggles. Luckily, Weydon School’s Science Curriculum Area had a stock of goggles and donated 270 pairs to the hospital which were greatly appreciated by the staff.
Mrs Jackie Sharman, Principal of Weydon School commented; “.We were only too happy to help and were so glad that we had a stock of the goggles. We packed them and up and sent them off as quickly as we could. We were so pleased to be of some help to such a worthy cause during this difficult time.”
